We have identified the issue and continuing to restore full service. Alert Logic Console has been fully restored. Processing is still in a degraded state. Additionally, search for the latest data may not be available to customers.

Investigating

There is an issue in the US-West-1 Data Center and we are currently investigating. Processing is currently in a degraded state. Customers will be able to access the Alert Logic Console, but certain pages in the Console may not be available.
