Console Data Not Rendering

Resolved

From 11:05 to 12:15, the Alert Logic Console experienced an issue where data was not rendering on the pages. Engineering and Site Reliability teams were in the process of restarting a back end messaging cluster that had become unhealthy. Customers who were in the process of resetting credentials during this time would have experienced a short delay before the new credentials taking affect. We apologize for not making this information available sooner.
