Failed execution of scheduled PCI scans | US regions

We experienced an issue regarding scheduled PCI scans that impacted some of our US-based customers between September 15 to September 25. If your PCI scan wasn't executed during this timeframe, please follow these steps to reschedule:

- Open the Alert Logic Console and select the menu icon, then click 'Configure'
- Choose 'PCI Scanning' and select the scan policy you wish to reschedule.
- In the 'Scan Schedule' section, set the desired scan time, frequency, and your timezone.
- Press 'Submit PCI scan job'.
