When: 9pm to 11pm CT on August 18, 2025.
Impact: Email notifications may be delayed for some legacy product functions.
Who’s affected: Potentially any users of Fortra's Alert Logic Threat Manager, Log Manager, or Cloud Defender products.
Who's not affected: Users of Fortra's Alert Logic MDR, XDR, and Managed WAF products.
Affected notification types: Log collection alerts, threat manager collection alerts, appliance health alerts, and legacy report/scan ready reports.
Unaffected notification types: Incident alert emails, log search/correlation emails, and all other alert types not mentioned above.
Please note that SOC escalation by phone, email, and support ticketing will also continue as normal.
