Automation error with Alert Logic Ticket Management System

At 06:30 CT, Alert Logic Engineering teams became aware of an automation error within our ticket management system which inadvertently closed several customer tickets. This error has now been addressed and the incident is resolved.

Whilst we are reviewing and re-opening tickets which were incorrectly solved, if you have received a notification that your ticket has been closed and you believe this to be an error, please reply to the message to re-open the case.
