Fortra will be upgrading Infrastructure supporting the Alert Logic Extended Endpoint Protection (EEP) service. During the window, existing agent protection will remain in place. However, new agent installation, alert visibility in the customer console, and the ability to take endpoint action using the customer console will be impacted.
This change impacts the above activities. Other agents technologies are not affected, including the Alert Logic Linux and Windows agents used by all Alert Logic customers, and Fortra EDR agent used by Fortra XDR customers.
