Resolved - The issue affecting the Console has been resolved and all services should now be operating normally. Thanks for your patience throughout this issue. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us via phone, email, or through the Fortra Support Portal.

Monitoring - We've applied fixes to the affected services and are now seeing signs of recovery. Testing is in progress, and once complete, we'll provide another update to let you know when service is fully restored.

Update - Our team is still working hard to restore service for you. The root cause of the problem is understood and our recovery plan is in progress. We'll provide another update as soon as we're able to confirm that service is back up, or if there's a significant change.

Identified - We've identified an issue which is affecting login services for some users of Fortra's Alert Logic Console. You might be unable to authenticate when using the "Log In With Fortra" option.

Fortra's engineering teams are doing everything we can do get this fixed quickly. We're sorry for the disruption and will provide an update as soon as we can.
